A MESSAGE FROM WORTH@WORK FOUNDER,
RANDY HAVESON, MA

WORTH@WORK isn’t just another training program—it’s a transformation in how organizations think about excellence. Most workplace culture programs focus on making employees feel appreciated. That’s nice, but it’s not enough. WORTH@WORK is about self-empowerment: giving your team the tools and confidence to trust themselves, handle challenges, and create exceptional experiences without needing constant supervision or approval.

I’ve seen firsthand what happens when people develop genuine capability: energy returns, creativity flourishes, and guests experience something truly unforgettable. This approach draws on my 30 years as a counselor, my real-world experience in hospitality service settings, and my proven track record building award-winning programs. But most importantly, it builds on the certainty that your team already has everything they need. They just need help accessing it.

MY JOURNEY TO EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE

When I walked into Disney’s flagship resort, the Grand Floridian Resort and Spa* as their greeter years ago, I never imagined how that experience would shape my understanding of what makes service truly magical.

My journey has taken me from rock bottom in my personal life to helping thousands rediscover their authentic worth—whether it’s college students battling addiction and mental health challenges, healthcare teams struggling with burnout, luxury service providers chasing that elusive ‘wow’ factor, or executives leading across a range of industries.

Through all these experiences, one truth has emerged consistently: What I’ve discovered is that exceptional service isn’t about perfection—it’s about authentic confidence. – Randy Haveson, MA

RANDY HAVESON, MA | Founder and President
What sets Randy apart is his unique combination of mental health expertise and frontline service experience. After building award-winning mental health and wellness programs at universities around the country, Randy brought that expertise into hospitality service, including roles at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort. His Master’s in Counseling gives him the expertise to address the psychological foundations of workplace culture, while his lived experience in both higher education and hospitality keeps every solution grounded in the reality of what teams face daily. Randy has spoken at prestigious venues including Notre Dame, Johns Hopkins, and Brown, and he doesn’t just study transformation; he’s lived it personally and has helped thousands navigate their own journeys from rock bottom to authentic confidence.

PAM GOLDMAN, MA | Executive Coach and Strategic Advisor

WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING …

“There has been significantly heightened awareness around mental health, wellness, and work-life balance in recent years. The concepts behind Worth at work allow for meaningful and sustainable changes to help improve productivity in the workplace, while energizing and motivating the internal teams.”

Brenda Tscharner, People & Culture | Leadership Hospitality Consultant

What’s valuable about Randy’s approach is that he doesn’t just deliver a keynote and leave—he actually helps teams with what they need in the moment, which is refreshingly different. This methodology is beautiful because it’s customizable and gives you exactly what you need when you need it. The timing couldn’t be better because emotional intelligence truly is humanity’s best chance in today’s workplace.

Alex Kutsishin, Serial Entrepreneur & CEO of FUEL Inc, Performance-as-a-Service Platform
Randy always has wonderful interactions with our guests and is very welcoming. Today he interacted with a guest who is traveling alone to celebrate her life, and Randy showed enormous compassion and then created a magical moment for her and all of us lucky enough to witness it.

Donna Monk, Health Services Coordinator, Penn State

My staff walked away with new attitudes toward their lives and their jobs. They seemed to have a better feeling of being part of our team… It was great seeing them actually listen and get involved in the activities Randy led.

Frequently, I am stopped by guests who wish to brag about a team member. Often, the name they mention is “Randy”. Just today, two guests stopped me and, through their beaming smiles, wanted to share that ‘Randy was amazing and made our day.’
