LET’S CREATE SOMETHING EXTRAORDINARY TOGETHER

Every Worth@Work engagement begins with a conversation. We believe in taking time to understand your unique challenges before discussing how our approach might help. When your best people are burning out, your service feels mechanical, or your training isn’t sticking, it’s time to explore a different approach. Let’s talk about how we can build sustainable excellence through authentic confidence in your organization.

We have a list of FAQs at the bottom of this page and you can also use the form below to book a discovery call with us.

WORTH@WORK FAQs

What does the discovery process look like?2025-05-22T15:54:10+00:00

Our discovery process typically begins with a conversation about your specific challenges and goals. Based on this initial discussion, we may recommend our organizational diagnostic to gain deeper insights, or move directly to designing a customized approach. Every step is collaborative and focused on ensuring the right fit.

How is Worth@Work different from other programs?2025-11-05T21:01:02+00:00

Traditional programs focus on external behaviors: “what to do” through scripts, systems, and compliance. Worth@Work addresses the internal foundation: enhancing “who you are” so authentic confidence creates sustainable change that emerges naturally rather than requiring constant oversight.

Do you work with small organizations?2025-05-22T15:54:37+00:00

Absolutely! While our methodology works with organizations of all sizes, we offer tailored approaches for smaller teams that maximize impact within budget constraints.

What industries do you work with?2025-11-05T15:08:22+00:00

We help transform organizations across hospitality service. The principles of self-empowerment apply universally, though the implementation is always customized to your specific context.

Do you offer virtual options?2025-05-22T15:55:06+00:00

Yes! All of our services are available in virtual formats, though certain experiences will be much more impactful in person. We’ll discuss what would work best for your specific situation.

What happens after you evaluate our organization? Do we work together after that?2025-05-22T15:55:18+00:00

Once you are a client, you will always be a part of the Worth@Work family. Depending on the type of engagement, we do follow up evaluations at one month and three months after our initial program implementation to see how things are progressing and what additional support might be helpful.

These check-ins often reveal opportunities for deeper work—perhaps additional team development, leadership coaching, or expanding the program to other departments. When we identify these growth opportunities together, we’ll discuss how to structure any additional programming to best serve your evolving needs. Any expanded scope would involve a separate conversation about deliverables and investment to ensure we’re creating the most value for your organization.

We’re always available for ongoing consultation and support because sustainable transformation is a journey, not a one-time event. Our goal is to be your partner in building lasting change, whether that’s through periodic touch-points or more comprehensive follow-up work.

What do you mean by “customized programs?”2025-05-22T15:55:29+00:00

Every organization has its own unique culture, challenges, and environment that shape how people connect with their work and each other. That’s why our programs are specifically tailored to your context, not delivered as one-size-fits-all solutions.

In hospitality, for example, a beachfront resort creates a completely different energy and guest experience than a mountain ski lodge. The pace, the seasonal rhythms, even the way staff interact with guests varies dramatically. Similarly, a team of creative professionals operates with different dynamics, pressures, and motivations than a group of financial advisors or healthcare workers.

We take time to understand your specific environment: What are the unique stressors your team faces? What kind of excellence matters most in your setting? How do your people naturally connect with their sense of purpose and worth?
